Kyengera Town Council's elected Mayor, the award winning singer and song writer Sir Mathias Walukagga, has released a brand new single titled Omwaka Gwa 2021.
Omwaka Gwa 2021 is a phrase that can literally be translated to mean The YEar Of 2021.
It's a six minute long song that takes us through a serious of events that happened in the country, from the presidential elections, to new police reforms, the second corona wave to mention but a few.
